I feel that the grass/plain need work, again. Use different shades of color. If you see the intro of this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QFwo5… there is three layers of grass. Foreground is black. Middle is lighter and so on. The video is a bit strange, but it's a favorite of mine. Anyways, what I said could also be applied to the trees. I love that you chose to make it white but maybe instead of drawing them with brushes in lighter opacities, how bout keeping it at %100 and using different shades of gray? Just a suggestion. But the moon could be done is a simpler way using the ellipse tool and putting a layer on top of that to create custom texture. Or use a texture you've searched online (photobashing) and using a filter to blend it in. After that's done, I'd use Gaussian blur or (just a blur tool) and blur the edges of the circle/moon. And the stars look more like dust that anything else. Try this method, keep the brush white and at %100 and use the mouse with varying sizes and just click at random. A gradient or two can be used for the background as well to create more contrast, and blended afterwards for a similar effect.
